OBJECTIVE
Fork was asked to create an international Tennis website for adidas, which not only features products but also tennis pros and events emphasizing the brand’s competence in sports wear. Furthermore, we localized the website for 24 countries and 11 languages.

SOLUTION
We developed an extremely dynamic flash-based website which conveys the qualities of speed, precision and power as experienced on the court. The design motto of “Show, don’t tell” provides users with an emotional experience immersing them in an almost cinematic experience.

RESULTS
While the extraordinary navigation and visual strength of the microsite supports and expands the brand’s character in a way perfectly adequate for the web, the contents can be easily updated and adapted to the various localized country sites. In 2005, the adidas tennis site received a merit award at the Art Director Club Awards in Germany.
