santamaria on Wirtschaftswundertour
Founded in 2005, santamaria is an agency specialized in creative concepts for advertising campaigns. Raising the bar for creative customer acquisition themselves the three agency founders organized a “Wirtschaftswundertour”: Driving an old VW bus through Germany the small unit spontaneously supported clients with creative concepts and ideas, thereby trying to boost the German economy by their imaginative and physical efforts on the road.

OBJECTIVE
Fork was asked to develop a website for their “Wirtschaftswundertour”, an effort to boost the economy by going on a creative tour through Germany. Next to general information on the agency, the site features regular updates of the daily experiences on the road, complete with pictures for an authentic glimpse of the mission.
SOLUTION
Inspired by Swiss travel brochures from the 1920s and 30s Fork created a design which combines the styles of copy art, photomontage and cut-out with the use of strong colors and a simple navigation. The layout centers on the bouncing bus (including a view of the crew behind the windshield) bringing hope and new ideas to the desert of the German “Jammertal”.
RESULTS
True to the “Wirtschaftswunder” claim the tour was a huge success and so was the website. Liked by potential clients and fellow agencies alike www.santamariatour.de fully met the expectations - as proven by the site’s comment section “Resonanz”.
